Our Code of Conduct
We believe that a safe and caring environment is a shared responsibility between our team members and visitors. Our staff is committed to treating you with courtesy, respect, and professionalism, and we expect the same in return.
Behaviors we will not tolerate include:
- Verbal abuse, profanity, or disrespect toward staff, clients, or pets
- Harassment or discriminatory comments
- Intimidation, threats, or aggressive pet handling
- Being under the influence of alcohol or behavior-altering drugs
Failure to follow this policy may result in being asked to leave our facility or discontinuation of the patient-provider relationship.
